After receiving the package, please check that the delivered items are in accordance with your order. You have the right to return the product within 14 days from date of your purchase.
You will then be credited the full order amount of the product(s) you returned, including shipping costs for delivery. Only the costs for returning the item from your location to our warehouse are at your own expense. If you use your right to return the product, the product will have to be returned to us in the original condition and packaging with all supplied accessories. Unfortunately you are unable to return a product that has been in contact with water.

Goods should always be returned to us with sufficient postage paid. We reserve the right to refuse returned items when the return conditions are not met.
