If the product is returned because of a defect, the product (or the description of the problem) will be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation. As soon as the manufacturer recognizes that it is a manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced and/or repaired (depending on its condition and the length of use). External damage and external defects are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

We will then assess the situation as quickly as possible and inform you of the next steps. Claims made within the 14 day cooling off period can also be claimed for a refund.
Goods must always be returned to us with sufficient postage. We reserve the right to refuse returned items when the return conditions are not met.
